Stringent quality control has become a commonplace with every product and service that is being introduced into the market, irrespective of the industry type. The efforts of the U.S. furniture importers in managing skilled quality personnel to coordinate directly with the plant workers in Vietnam, which is considered to a start-up country in the furniture manufacturing are discussed.
