The formation of an import division called Bolton Furniture Co., by the Morrisville, Vt. based Vermont Precision Woodworks, a U.S. manufacturer of youth and master bedroom and home office furniture, is discussed. The company will keep all its domestic products under the Vermont Precision brand while giving imports the Bolton name.
