Body talk in the office; body awareness and exercises in the office
Article Abstract:
New office technology and the recession are leading to injuries in office workers. These disorders, commonly affecting muscles used intensively, are leading to high levels of sick leave. The main problems are sitting too long in one position, using a set of muscles too much and stress caused by economic pressure forcing high productivity levels. Regular exercise to relieve strain on backs, necks and hands has been suggested to improve the situation.
