Calling someone a opooftero may not be sexual orientation discrimination

Article Abstract:

In the Ibrahim v T Butcher Mastics Ltd case an Ashford employment tribunal has ruled that calling an employee "poofter" does not amount to discrimination on sexual orientation if it was not used in relation to the sexual orientation of the targeted person.
