How to manage international managers
Article Abstract:
International manager groups are hired by companies that want to ensure the maintenance of certain performance levels that are crucial to the survival of that organization. Considerable investments are made on these managers and it is often a question of whether keeping them on the company payroll or not is worth it. Usually a risk/reward scheme is offered to these managers, who, in turn, are selected on the basis of their qualifications, skills and track performance record.

Article Abstract:
A survey by the Employment Conditions Abroad Ltd showed selected economic indicators of countries. The prime indicator used was the cost-of-living index, which not only considered price inflation, but exchange-rate fluctuations as well. The survey figures were intended to help international companies calculate cost-of-living allowances for its foreign employees.
