Reconstructing safety

Article Abstract:

Computer animation has become a tool for health and safety at work and is being used to accurately portray the accidents and the reasons for those accidents occurring. When employees are trained about specific risks at individual workplaces, the use of general health and safety training becomes less applicable to the specific set of circumstances and this void is filled by the use of computer reconstruction.

Train to win

Article Abstract:

Once the aim of the training is known then it is easier to identify whether the individuals know the specified information or not when they actually put it in practice after the training is over. The employers should keep a track of those who have undergone the training, as it proves that attempts are made to comply with the rules and to reduce the rate of accidents in the organization.
