A typical listing identifies the corporation's name and address, its services, a telephone number and the name of a company contact person.

Cross-cultural study of managerial recruitment tools in Nordic countries
Article Abstract:
Recent research has investigate recruitment practices in Sweden, Denmark, Finland and Norway. It was found that the resume, which is always typed and does not include a photograph, has only been in use relatively recently in these countries. The selection interview tends to be fairly structured, and more attention is now being given to the applicant's personality. Recruiting instruments generally reflect the value placed in the different Nordic countries on various management styles.
