Socially responsible enterprise restructuring in Europe: part one
Article Abstract:
There is widespread debate on the issue of enterprise restructuring including to what extent employers should ensure that restructuring benefits society specially in a global environment where competition has made many practices unviable. A detailed report on socially responsible enterprise restructuring is studied along with initiatives taken by the European Commission in different countries and also how other countries plan restructuring of their enterprises.
