The performance effects of human resource managers' and other middle managers' involvement in strategy making under different business-level strategies: the case in Hong Kong
Article Abstract:
Research is presented indicating that perceptions of future business performance are positively associated with human resource manager involvement in strategy making. Higher levels of performance are also related to a cost leadership strategy.

Tacit knowledge in an age of reform
Article Abstract:
The history of centralized management training in the Cyprus civil service is discussed. It is concluded that those involved in training for reform must be aware that everybody in a reformed system is affected by systems-wide changes.
