A.M. Best rated the 1991 financial results of 521 life and health insurance companies. These statistics reflect the firms' ability to meet policyholders' obligations. The companies receiving a rating of A++ for 1992 include Aid Assn for Lutherans, American General Life and Accident and American General Life Insurance Co. The companies receiving a rating of A+ include Alexander Hamilton of America and Alfa Life Insurance Corp.
