New legislative agenda will affect benefits legislation
Article Abstract:
The September 11 terrorist attacks have affected the legislative agenda and the federal budget which inturn have a significant implication on the benefits-related legislation. Some have predicted an economic recovery and a speedy return of the budget surplus, but others have predicted a deficit spending in the future, which will affect the benefits legislation in the future.
