Extended leave and working at home as "reasonable accommodation"
Article Abstract:
Under the Americans with Disabilities Act, companies are often faced with the issue of providing reasonable accommodations to employees with medical issues. The Equal Employment Opportunity Commission has effectively defined reasonable accommodations to mean use of: vacation time, personal or sick days, unpaid leave. Court cases have upheld this definition.

Guidance on relief from CAP monetary sanctions
Article Abstract:
This article describes the severity of businesses failing to comply with the IRS CAP regulations, and offers suggestions to companies for dealing with the failure without incurring monetary sanctions that can otherwise be quite substantial.
