Some click in cyberspace, others are still searching
Article Abstract:
Insurance sites on the World Wide Web are more numerous in the life and health segment than the property and casualty segment, and most available offer product and service information. Anthem Health and Life Insurance Co's site is particularly useful for brokers and business owners. Metropolitan Life Insurance Co's guides users to geographically close representatives, while Aetna Inc's Aetna Health Plans site does the same with physicians. The St. Paul Fire and Marine Insurance Co even uses its site as a recruiting tool.
