The role of company stock in a defined contribution plan
Article Abstract:
The relevance of employee ownership programs in a company is discussed. The employers are advised to analyze advantages and disadvantages of such schemes before converting contribution plans into retirement schemes. The risks associated with such investments in employee contribution plans are discussed.
