A self-restrained approach to nation-building by foreign powers
Article Abstract:
The resources that foreign powers are willing and able to commit need to focus on a modest agenda known as a 'restrained approach'. A restrained approach highlights on pacification and security, deals with whoever is in power initially and requires local people to overcome challenges by themselves.
