The Korean nuclear crisis
Article Abstract:
It is feared that North Korea will complete facilities capable of producing sufficient plutonium and highly enriched uranium for up to a dozen nuclear weapons annually. As its nuclear weapons arsenal expands, the risk of North Korea affording to consume some material in the nuclear tests or even selling it on the black market for cash, looms large.

The European convention and EU foreign policy: learning from failure
Article Abstract:
The European Union's (EU) handling of the Iraq crisis was a self-inflicted disaster and from this failure the Europeans are learning and they are establishing a more vigorous and self-confident EU foreign policy. The EU's stance on some of the key strategic issues will endure or degenerate again into internal divisions and inaction.

Seeing North Korea clearly
Article Abstract:
Developing the necessary understanding for an effective Korea policy is difficult because North Korea is in isolation. Five main sources of US misunderstanding of North Korea that makes the policymakers to use cognitive shortcuts that can lead to misperceptions and misunderstandings are mentioned.
