The US media, Huntington and September 11
Article Abstract:
The study explains the crisis of September 11 by resorting to Samuel Huntington's 'Clash of civilizations' and aims to illustrate how the media did so. It further argues that the main attraction of the Huntington paradigm attempts is to analyze international relations without discussing actual politics specially the issue of Palestine in particular and of Arab nationalism in general.
