Three circles of threat
Article Abstract:
The main objective of the US must be to divide and marginalize while decentralization, but this is the main difficulty, as many of actions have had an opposite result particularly for George W. Bush's administration's 'global war on terror'. The policies must hence deal with three different circles, al-Qaeda in its 11 September incarnation, terrorist movements that though permeable to global Islamist ideology have a local objective and roots, all those in the Muslim and Arab world who feel increasingly attracted to jihadist ideology and feel compelled to transform their discontent into action.
