Mandatory arbitration: alive and well or withering on the vine?
Article Abstract:
Legal issues and leading cases involving mandatory arbitration, especially consumer and employment arbitrations, are discussed. Issues include the growing criticism of the mandatory arbitration process and criticism of the use of arbitration as the exclusive means of resolving employment discrimination claims.
