Article Abstract:
Cases concerning constitutional law decided by the US Supreme Court during the 1996 term are surveyed. Issues highlighted from the cases surveyed include separation of powers and federalism, the 4th and 11th Amendments, and the freedom of speech and association, establishment, due process, ex post facto, equal protection, and dormant commerce clauses of the Constitution.
