Article Abstract:
The online mock jury, an Internet wrinkle on jury selection, is discussed, and such companies save the costs of renting a courtroom for a day, hiring jurors and a judge, and videotaping the process. Critics cite the digital divide factor in selecting jury members as well as missing the witnesses' body language.
