Evaluating international ethical climates: a goal programming model
Article Abstract:
Research was conducted to develop a model that will aid managers in the identification of countries for international expansion that provides the best environment for an organization's ethical orientation. Literature from the fields of business strategy, business ethics and cross-cultural management were used as references. The Firm Ethics/National Culture fit model provides trade-off information on subjective weighing scale, decision making criteria, prioritization of decision-making criteria and easy-to-change objective factor estimates and critical culture dimensions.

An ethical issue in voluntary-consensus-standards development: a decision-science view
Article Abstract:
The process for developing voluntary consensus standards invites abuse particularly by those involved in the standards-development process. Thus, a process that balances the interests of the technical committee volunteers and its members should be based on judicial due process to ensure fairness. An approach for developing voluntary consensus standards that employs judicial due processes and furthers the standard development's primary goal is presented.
