Article Abstract:
Plaintiffs specialist's Thomas V. Girardi's ability as a cross examiner has helped him achieve superior statistics in winning cases, including more than 30 verdicts of $1 mil or more and, back in the 1970's, the first California medical malpractice verdict of $1 mil or more. In 1998, Giardi won a $785 mil verdict against five chemical companies over worker exposure to toxic chemicals while building stealth airplanes. Girardi has won several other verdict arising from the building of stealth or other aircraft.
