Article Abstract:
Cases decided by the US Supreme Court during their 1994 term are surveyed. Issues highlighted from the cases surveyed include the Establishment Clause, voting rights, freedom of speech, prisoners' rights, drug testing in schools, the exclusionary rule, legislative power and interstate commerce. The statutes at issue in the cases surveyed include the Federal Arbitration Act, the Age Discrimination in Employment Act, the Endangered Species Act and the Federal Arbitration Act.

Issues highlighted include constitutional law, the line item veto, criminal law and procedure, substantive due process, equal protection, the Takings Clause, federal jurisdiction and procedure, habeas corpus, standing, certiorari jurisdiction, tribal immunity, the Americans with Disabilities Act, antitrust statutes, and civil rights acts.
