Goldilocks and business ethics: a paradigm that fits 'just right.'
Article Abstract:
Moral business ethics must derive from people's natural human need to participate in the decisions which affect them. A business ethic which includes a naturalistic approach will influence businesses to form small groups or communities where employees can mediate their ideas and needs and then implement them into an organization's conduct. This virtue theory of ethics is complex but also necessary to create moral business ethics.
