Article Abstract:
Congress is trying to dispose of much computer industry legislation before adjournment on Oct 9, 1998. Among the bills on the fast track through committees are the Internet Tax Freedom Act, the H1B Bill, which would raise the 65,000 person limit on H1B visas for for foreign-born, computer industry professionals, and movement on the year-2000 legislation front. Internet policymakers are also working to finalize a plan whereby a private company would take over domain name registration, as Network Solutions, Inc's contract will expire in late 1998.

The battle of the binge
Article Abstract:
One of the reasons that college students indulge in binge drinking is that the drinking age has been raised to 21 in many states. Drinking is no longer legal at school-sponsored events where students might learn to drink moderately.

Liposuction is one of the most common surgical procedures in the US. This technique is used to remove fat tissue through small incisions using vacuum aspiration. The outcomes and complications of the technique are reviewed.
