The United States Supreme Court and the Fourth Amendment: evolution from Warren to post-Warren perspectives
Article Abstract:
This article examines Fourth Amendment cases under post-Warren court. The author argues that the post-Warren court rulings regarding Fourth Amendment issues have become very pro-police in that constitutional restraints on police have been increasingly relaxed, demonstrating the very conservative nature of the court in contrast to the liberal policies originally developed by the Warren Court.
