A corporate code of ethics is a statement of principles a business agrees to abide by voluntarily over the course of its operations. The main reason for development of code of ethics by large companies is due to the pressure on globalization of markets.

Multinational corporations and the competition for media influence in developing countries

A study is conducted on the economic and political changes occurring in the developing countries, and its influence on the media firms. The study also examines the relationships of media firms with government sector and multinational corporations.
