Towards effective stakeholder dialogue
Article Abstract:
Sustainable development requires that a company's performance be valued positively by the stakeholders. The dilemma of continuity and growth can be resolved by creating a way that a new social contract can be ultimately drawn up by means of a dialogue between the stakeholder and the organization.
