What planning strategies should be used when both spouses work?
Article Abstract:
Financial and estate planning may best be accomplished with the aid of professionals for couples where both spouses are employed outside of the home. Problems specific to such couples may arise in the areas of asset protection, income and retirement planning, and in life, medical, and disability insurance coverages. Childrens' college funding takes greater planning than in the past as a result of several tax benefits instituted under the Clinton Administration.
