Subsidization as exchange
Article Abstract:
Subsidization as an exchange relation or subsidization as an agency relation is studied, particularly in the relationship between research grants and government entities. Closely studied is the case example of the Netherlands government's policy for subsidizing research projects or 'research within priority areas' (ROAG). Some of the conclusions based on the case study were that the government should vary study case requires that the government carefully select its criteria and conditions of the subsidy, refrain from the imposisition of too strict conditions on the subsidy and in some cases the burden of proof arising from conflicts should rest on the receiver of the subsidy.

'Nass' Background
Article Abstract:
The National Association of Suggestion Systems (NASS) is a not-for-profit organization founded in 1942 with headquarters in Chicago, Illinois. The group promotes better employee suggestion programs by serving as an information source. A recent annual report shows that NASS member firms saved about $800 million in 1984 as a result of their employee suggestion programs. Member companies paid almost $98 million in awards to employees in 1984, more than twenty percent over 1983.
