Police officers in Louisville before arrests disrobed and had sexual contact, including oral unprotected sex with either female workers in massage parlors or escort services with the approval of their supervisors and local prosecutors. Louisville police officers narrated that it was difficult for them to make arrests inside massage parlors without getting naked and in some situations, allowing the women to fondle them for a brief while.

Article Abstract:
The Homeless hotels have sprung up in the city during the past few years with the intention of getting huge amounts from the city and making big money. This is mainly due to the absence of contracts and the fact that private institutions in this business do not disclose the real figures. How this practice is causing adverse effects on the city and society is discussed.
