North Korea 'validates' its A-bomb designs: CIA

The Central Intelligence Agency said that North Korea's nuclear weapons testing is sophisticated enough to "validate" the country's nuclear weapons design. The statement is the CIA's first public description of North Korea's nuclear weapons testing program.
