Scientists and researchers often complain that they often cannot get the needed funds for their research projects. There is, however, a positive side to this situation. Lack of funding has caused some researchers to find cheaper, and sometimes even better ways of achieving their goals.

Photographic technology is leaping forward with digital cameras. Security cameras are being used ever more as a crime deterrent. Digital cameras give easily manipulable images, and it may be that photographic evidence should no longer be allowed in court.

Technological temptation
Article Abstract:
The use of surveillance cameras in public places is becoming more common in the attempt to fight crime. Problems arise because as we increase the number of cameras to catch criminals we take away people's rights to privacy.
