An integrated model for manpower forecasting
Article Abstract:
The manpower requirement of small firms for a particular professional was estimated by utilizing a regression model based on the demands of larger firms in the same industry. By estimating the demands of the whole industry and assuming that the demands of the small firms for the profession is negligible, the demand of the small firm for the profession is treated as a proportion of industry demand.
