On the uniqueness of the solution to a large linear assignment problem
Article Abstract:
A study was conducted to examine the development of a linear assignment problem and considers an attempt to define a unique solution. Earlier research has shown that the problem's core coincides with a stable solution set and exhibits cooperative concepts which approximate competitive equilibria. Current research shows that the problem sets a continuum of allocations and defines a unique solution set as the number of agents increase.
