Expanded NATO sets agenda for Istanbul
Article Abstract:
NATO's plan to expand its 'out-of-area' influence became cleared during the North Atlantic Council meeting in Brussels on 2 April 2004. Issues that will be on the Istanbul agenda for the meeting on 28-29 June were already being thoroughly discussed at the Brussels meeting.
