Guided-missile destroyers (DDG)

Article Abstract:

Arleigh Burke-class, a guided-missile destroyer has three variants built by General Dynamic Bath Iron Works and Northrop Grumman Ship Systems' Ingalls Operations and was commissioned on 4th July 1991. Guided-missile destroyer (DDG) of this class employs a wide range of weapons and sensors integrated into multimission warship and five of the guided missile destroyers would be upgraded in 2005 and the other five would be done in 2006.
