Taking on the kidnappers

Article Abstract:

Incidents of international kidnapping, and the taking of hostages, have increased, with the worst offenders being Colombia, Chechnya, and the Philippines. The government of Colombia has elected to combat the situation by creating an anti-kidnapping group, the Grupo De Accion Unificada Por La Libertad Personal.
