Audiophiles who enjoy assembling their own loudspeakers are encouraged to try out a simple method for tuning bass-reflex speaker ports. The tuning technique involves the insertion of a wood panel into the speaker cabinet, which is adjusted based on microphone measurements fed into an oscillator.
