'All or Nothing,' the rest of Canada says Quebec must choose

Canadians living in other provinces hope that Quebec will decide once and for all if it wants to be part of Canada. They feel a kinship with Quebec and hope it will choose unity. However, they are tired of the separatist rhetoric that returns every few years and they want an end to it.
