BP Oil, Marathon Ashland big winner in oil bidding
Article Abstract:
The names of 11 companies successfully bidding for the 30-million barrels of oil, which is being released from the governments Strategic Oil Reserve, has been announced. The emergency reserves have been tapped to help refineries increase heating oil supplies ahead of winter. The largest quantities of government oil will go to BP Oil of Warrenville, IL, and Marathon Ashland of Houston, TX, with 6 million barrels and 3.9 million barrels, respectively.

Glaxo wants to keep cheap drugs out of USA
Article Abstract:
In a controversial move, GlaxoSmithKline has ordered Canadian drug stores to stop selling drugs to U.S. residents who cross the boarder to buy drugs at a reduced rate. The company has threatened to cut off drug stores that do not comply. The company claimed it was doing this in order to insure the safety of their products.

Fancy hotels give federal travelers a break
Article Abstract:
