The Victorian public regards Jeff Kennett with the same fascination as shenanigans on 'Big Brother', and an excitement percolated through the state when news broke of his come back in the forthcoming November 2006 elections. Australian Prime Minister John Howard may well be ruling his decision to back Kennett before result was assured.
