Australian businessman Michael Bromley wants to purchase Air Niugini, the airline owned by Papua New Guinea, but no one is certain of the airline's worth. Changes in management, failed attempts to replace damaged aircraft, and charges of political corruption have delayed the airline's proposed sale. Bromley feels he can turn Air Niugini into a profitable enterprise once its value has been determined.
