Business people struggle with air travel in India
Article Abstract:
Business travel in India is considered by business people as one of the most expensive and inefficient in the world. Complaints include hotel costs, inefficiency of the Indira Gandhi International Airport and limited number of flights offered by Air India's old fleet. However, some business travelers observe that there have been improvements in service, such as in domestic routes and telecommunications. Also, round-trip fares have in fact decreased when converted into US dollars, according to Air India.

Japan's economic structure is undergoing a sea change that is affecting tens of thousands of people who are losing their jobs. Lifetime job security, which had heretofore been a pillar of Japanese culture, is becoming a thing of the past. Japanese men who have long connected themselves and their status to the firms which employ them are being forced to find new sources of identity while their children are learning not to link their self-worth so closely to their father's jobs.

Cigarette logos abound despite ad bans abroad
Article Abstract:
Cigarette companies have been able to circumvent a law banning tobacco advertising in Malaysia by advertising travel, clothing, music and restaurant businesses. The country's assistant director of the Dept of Public Health admitted that the companies have discovered loopholes in the law which the authorities have not countered. Throughout the world, tobacco companies have long since licensed their brand names to sell non- tobacco products.
