Several obstacles must be overcome before small businesses can use the World Wide Web to maximize profits during the Sydney Olympics, which start in Sep 2000. For example, International Olympic Committee licenses are typicaly awarded to the largest suppliers, and many licenses cannot be awarded to buyers in other countries without violating their exclusive territory rights.
