Casualties of war
Article Abstract:
NATO forces bombed what they thought was a Serb military convoy north of Djakovica, Kosovo, in Apr, 1999. The trucks and tractors that were bombed were actually taking Albanian refugees to Albania. Earlier in the month, NATO had bombed a civilian train. NATO claims Serb leader Slobodan Milosevic is using refugee convoys to shield his army's movements.
