UAE's Dana Gas buys Centurion for $1.1 billion

Calgary-based Centurion Energy International Inc. has agreed to be acquired by Dana Gas PJSC, United Arab Emirates-based energy company. Dana Gas has reported 63 percent growth in its shares, after the acquisition deal.
