Critical thinking, perceived health status and participation in health behaviors
Article Abstract:
A study was conducted to examine the relations between critical thinking and participation in three categories of health behaviors, and to determine whether these relations are moderated by perceived health status. The results show that the relation between critical thinking and participation in health behaviors depends on perceived health status and category of health behavior.

Older men's health: motivation, self-ratings, and behaviors
Article Abstract:
A study exploring the relations among health motivation, self-rated health and health behaviors in community-dwelling older men is presented. The findings suggest that promoting self-motivation may increase perceptions of health and well-being in older men.
