Dawn of a new solar system
Article Abstract:
Astronomical researchers have discovered a solar system 44 light years from earth. Around 20 extrasolar planets were discovered between 1995 and 1999, but all were solitary. Scientists thought the sun-centered solar system was unique until the discovery of Upsilon Andromedae in the constellation Andromeda in Mar, 1999. The discovery implies the Milky Way contains many planetary systems.
